Wonderful experience with JP Brooks! Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The few issues we had after moving in were small and taken care of very quickly. We were especially appreciative of the knowledge and attention to detail that we experienced with our construction manager. He really went the extra mile to ensure all our needs were met. We have been in our JP Brooks home for almost 2 months now, we couldn't be happier with the house, it was everything we wanted, the style, build quality and customer service was beyond expectations. Everything we needed was addressed and taken care of quickly. Working with our construction manager has been a very professional experience, he really takes the time to educate you about the new home and how to handle maintenance in the future. It's been a great experience to say the least and thank you again for the stunning home.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new home! I have to tell you that this team was collaborative, consultative, and very responsive. Oh and it didn't stop after my closing. The few items in escrow (such as the sod), I had personal and proactive updates directly from the site manager. I highly recommend not only the quality of the homes, but the quality of the team!

Before purchasing our JP Brooks home, we looked at several different homes in several different areas. Our favorite was the JP Brooks home. It's spacious yet cozy. The interaction with the job supervisor has been above satisfactory. He is very knowledgeable and a very easy, friendly person to talk to. All the projects he promised to complete were completed on time, prior to closing. Everyone we dealt with has kept us informed on a daily basis, via text or email, of the projects they are working on and when they will be completed. I would recommend a JP Brooks home to anyone who is looking for a beautiful, comfortable, well made home.
