The construction process was impressively organized and the project timeline stayed on track. Communication was a strong point - any questions we had were promptly addressed by either Daniel or Zach.
What really stood out is that as the project progressed, Zach kept us informed about specific characteristics of our lot and house that we had not taken into consideration and then promptly provided a solution or correction to the plan. To us, it showed they really cared about the future of our home and how we live in it.

We had a great experience with the JP Brooks "Build on Your Own Lot" option. Like with any house build, there were a few snags along the way. Each of these were handled promptly and professionally. The house turned out beautifully, and the project manager, Zach, was great in communicating with us and managing the whole process. The cost was also not too high, much cheaper than a custom build but I ended up with a similar quality house. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
