Spring is one of the most exciting times of year in new construction, and we’re thrilled to be participating in the upcoming Spring Parade of Homes here in the Minnesota suburbs! This year the dates are March 13 – April 12, 2026.
The Parade of Homes is a long-standing Twin Cities tradition that gives homebuyers, families, and community members the opportunity to tour brand-new homes, explore different communities, and gather inspiration — all at no cost to attend.
That’s right — the Spring Parade of Homes is completely free and open to the public, making it the perfect weekend outing whether you’re actively home shopping or just beginning to explore your options.
Tour Our Homes & Communities
During the Parade, you’ll be able to walk through our featured model homes, experience our floor plans firsthand, and get a true feel for our craftsmanship, layouts, and design selections.
It’s also a great time to:
- Explore different communities and locations
- Compare home styles and layouts
- Ask questions in a relaxed, no-pressure environment
- Start planning for a future move
Extended Model Hours
To make touring even easier, we’ll be offering extended model hours throughout the Parade. This gives visitors more flexibility to stop by, whether it’s during the week, over lunch, or on the weekend. Our Parade of Home models will be open Thursday-Sunday from 12-6pm for the 30 day event.
Parade-Only Incentives
We’ll also be celebrating the event with additional incentives and special opportunities available exclusively during the Parade timeframe. If you’ve been considering a move, this can be an especially strategic time to explore your options.
Fun at the Models
In true Parade fashion, we’re adding a little extra fun to the experience at our model homes. From interactive features to family-friendly touches, we want your visit to feel welcoming, engaging, and memorable.
Plan Your Visit
The Spring Parade of Homes is a wonderful way to gather ideas, tour new homes, and see what’s possible — whether your move is happening now or down the road.
We invite you to visit our models, meet our team, and experience firsthand what makes building with us so special.
For event dates, hours, and directions, visit the official Parade of Homes website or reach out to our team anytime. We look forward to seeing you this spring!
